Trillium Family Services (Trillium) asked the Human Services Implementation Lab (iLab) at Portland State University to co-design and conduct a web survey and focus groups as part of their mini-grant from Oregon Health Authority’s Zero Suicide in Health Systems project. Survey questions were developed to learn how Trillium could best support students and staff when a student returns to the school environment after inpatient behavioral health treatment or a mental health crisis, including students identified as at risk for suicide. Focus groups questions were developed to provide additional depth to information gathered in the survey.
