What is your role and primary responsibility within the organization?
My role and primary responsibility at Trillium is Vice President of Operations at the Corvallis Campus, which basically means I oversee all things that operate in the residential program at the Corvallis Campus (formerly known as Children’s Farm Home). We provide residential, secure inpatient and forensic residential services for adolescents with mental health struggles.
What is a passion or hobby outside of work that brings you joy?
Outside of work I keep busy with my two teenagers and traveling the country to see family.
What motivated you to pursue a career in mental health?
I have spent my whole career working in mental health and the thing that keeps me working in this field is my core belief that what you put out there comes back to you. I want to make the world and people’s lives better.
