Q. What type of services does Trillium offer?
Trillium's programs include residential care, community-based programs, mentoring and skills training, and innovative complementary treatments such as horticultural, canine, and equine therapies.

Q. Why are children at Trillium?
Mental illness affects every child differently, and the children we treat experience a range of conditions including, depression, bipolar disorder, aggressive behaviors, and clinical anxiety. Many of our children have experienced previous trauma or abuse.

Q. How many children does Trillium serve?
Last year Trillium served more than 5,000 children ranging in age from 6-17. We also have a transitional program for young people approaching adulthood.

Q. How long do children receive care at Trillium?
Anywhere from a few days to more than a year depending on their individual situation.

Q. Where do children go when they leave Trillium?
84% return to a family setting.

Q. Do you treat all of Oregon?
Yes. We treat children and families from Oregon and SW Washington. We believe in treating children close to their homes but will also help children and families from out of state.

Q. How are you funded?
Government contracts and private insurance. Our philanthropic resources are used to enhance programs, such as our healing garden, basketball court and freshly painted units.
