We admit children from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. In case of any serious emergency we are here to assist you 24/7.

Here is what to expect when admitting your child:

Step 1: Making the Call

When first calling the Admissions department, you may be on the phone with us from 5 to 30 minutes. We will answer any questions you have regarding our services and the next steps for beginning the admissions process. We encourage parents to talk with us directly to allow us to give them specific information about their child's needs.

During this call, you may request a tour of our facility if you wish to take a look at any of the campuses and get more detailed information.

You can also see slideshows with pictures from our campuses on our Facilities page.

Step 2: The Admissions Documents

We may request clinical documentation for admittance to any of our programs and services. If you can gather the necessary documentation and fax or mail it to us, it will expedite the process. Documentation would include any assessments, evaluations, and/or exams that have been completed within the past 60 days.

Prior to admission, we will discuss with the guardian the items needed for admission. These items include birth certificate, custody order/guardianship papers, social security card, medications, immunization record, and a week's worth of clothing for residential admissions. Please collect as many of these documents as possible, however, admission will not neccesarily be delayed if some are missing.

Step 3: Admitting Your Child

On the day of an admission, you will meet with an Admissions staff member for approximately an hour to complete and sign necessary paperwork. Afterward, you and your child will meet with the therapist and possibly with the psychiatrist at the same time. The admission usually lasts between 2.5 to 3 hours.
